OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

CBA started out as a Christian Professional Mens Organization. The music on this page is in honor of all the women who have volunteered, worked in our studios, offices and served on our various Boards over the years. Thanks to each of you!

CBA was chartered in 1991 as a 501(c)3 Not For Profit Association of "PARTNERS", as evidenced by the ruling favored by the IRS, Ogden, Utah. We actually were formed in 1977, but were not incorporated until 1991. Our assigned Federal EIN # (61-1191446) entitles us to operate in the USA and in any foreign nation. We are not a church, but we do enjoy all of the amenities of a church under the 501(c)3 umbrella. CBA is listed under the IRS Publication 78 and can be viewed via the http://www.irs.gov/ website. We are a Charitable entity.

WE can not engage in any POLITICAL campaigns on behalf of any particular candidate nor publicly oppose same. None of the funds can go towards influencing any legislator/legislation.

None of the earnings accrued may go for any member of it's current board of directors other than for approved sanction by the entire board of directors.

The Board of Directors and/or Advisory Board members may be appointed by the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board or President for and indefinite time of service.

Scheduled Board meetings are held QUARTERLY.

Advisory Board members meeting are semi-annually and consists of 12 members for the sole purpose of "ADVISING" the Board of Directors and they have NO voting powers. These members are changed on a rotating basis annually.

Minutes are taken and filed in the corporate records.

IRS filings (annually) via electronic filing.
