CBA was founded for the sole purpose of working with both Individuals, Business Owners, Non Business Owners and Professionals. WE do NOT have "MEMBERSHIP DUES or FEES" we have "PARTNERS"! To become a Partner all one has to do is to complete the bottom half of this page and remit it by email.

For those that are financially able to do so we offer you and opportunity to choose any amount you wish to give ranging from $10.00 to $1000.00 as a PARTNER BUT this is not mandated for you to give anything but your "PRAYER SUPPORT"!

Do I have to be and active member of some Church to become a CBA PARTNER? NO.

Do I have to be and Evangelical minded person to become a PARTNER? NO.

Will I ever be "BILLED" for any reason once I become a PARTNER? NO.
