Write any further instructions on the memo line of the check. All gifts must be sent to CBA National, even gifts to local chapters or radio stations. CBA National will direct your funds to the place indicated on the memo line of the check.

Please remember CBA National in your will.

Fully Appreciated Assets may be given directly to CBA National and designated for use as you may see fit. There may be substantial tax benefits for giving stock or other fully appreciated assets. Ask your tax specialist to explain how you and CBA National will benefit.
